I'm doing alright! Tuesday is my Monday so bleh on that.
 Also, I fell asleep reading last night and then woke up at 3 a.m. and never fell back to sleep...so I feel a bit loopy.__________________

We can start a "not feeling good" club. My knees have been hurting for a week. I went to urgent care and they gave me some meds, but even with rest, ice, etc my knees aren't getting better.

Out of the clear blue sky my knees are finally feeling better. I mean, they're still a bit sore, but man, nothing like they have been.
 FINALLY. Then I can get back on track with training for my 10k (which will now most assuredly be done at a brisk walk rather than a jog.  )__________________
