I got majorly bullied there.
 I got told to do all the work and then at the end of the day was always complained about because I didn't do enough. When they could at least help me instead of standing around and talking. They were always bitching about each other too so I stayed out of it and today I was pulled into the office and told I slack and I'm not doing the best to my potential... I said I wanted to hand in my notice. Then they pulled me into the office again and asked if there's anything I had to say. I was just like ... should there be? Then they gave off this massive list of mean things I'd been saying and I was just like hold up! When did I say that? Basically everything everyone had been saying about each other was dobbed on me. Last weekend I got a 15 minute break but only got to have 10 minutes and they told me today witnesses said I took an hour so they're deducting pay for it. So I've lost out on pay for basically working through my lunch break? Then I walked out the room and continued my work and was called back in later for a third time and was told that if I hadn't resigned they'd be getting rid of me. I was like funny that considering yesterday you told me you were keeping me on until next year and renewing my contract. |
