One of the most brutal moments in The Walking Dead‘s sixth season dealt with the horrific injury suffered by Carl Grimes in the midseason premiere. That incident was lifted almost exactly from the comic book series, which depicted it in an even more graphic way. Now, McFarlane Toys is offering its take on this iconic moment, and it’s enough to make anyone yell “CORAL!”

On the McFarlane Toys website, several new images of the upcoming Carl Grimes action figure have been released. It’s an impressive recreation of Chandler Riggs’ likeness, and it comes with a poncho covered in walker guts that fully recreates Carl’s costume from that ill-fated moment. It also features a removable hat and two interchangeable heads, one of which depicts Carl just seconds after the bullet struck his eye.

Huge carl episode last night

The start of ,what i am told is in the comics, is a long relationship with Negan .

Carl showed moxie guts no fear hiding i the truck and when it stopped at Negans compound , he grans a automatic rifle shoots kills two of negans men , he stands up to negan gun in hand

later in the ep he is with began but not restrained , began makes carl take of the eye cover makes fun of carl who cries . Then carl gets angry again tells began that he cant kill his dad or the others cause he is afraid he wont have anyone to his bidding ,that he needs them ..

Very powerful Carl episode . reminds me of when Carl had to kill walker Shane ..intense

Carl seemed worried as kept seeing Daryl .. Then Carl watched as Negan took him back to alexandria , negan was holding Judith .. Ric was out ..

Chandler Riggs Addresses How College Affects His Future On The Walking Dead

Over the last few weeks, rumors have swirled around the Internet regarding Chandler Riggs' possible exit from The Walking Dead. While Carl is a staple of the series, and of the comics, a cryptic Facebook post by Riggs' father had fans thinking he could be exiting the show after the current season.

"You never know how it will go. I really do hope it works out because that would be really cool. I like to be in The Walking Dead and I like to play video games and just hang out with my friends and try to be as normal as possible so going to college would be another really cool, normal experience in my life. I want for it to work out."

It's understandable that Chandler wants to live a normal life, as many child actors do at some point. The interview asked the actor if there was a way for him to achieve both dreams, and Riggs was pretty confidant that it could work.

"Yes. Theoretically, I could take one or two classes on campus and maybe an online class. My professors would have to be willing to cooperate. It wouldn't be easy but I think that could be possible."

When asked if this was something he was working toward, Riggs said, "yes."

After these questions however, Riggs put a question mark beside his future once again. When asked if he had a contract for season eight, Riggs simply replied, "I can't answer that."

Not gonna lie, I laughed at Negan's initial response to his eye. And then shouted "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" when Negan felt bad...I couldn't figure out if he was still playing his game with Carl or if he actually felt bad (I'm thinking now option A). Honestly, I thought this was the best episode of the season thus far (and I'm a HUGE Daryl fan, so this is saying something.

). It's really interesting to see how Negan reacts to Carl.

From the comic book, he actually don't mean to insult him since he realised that he's kid bec he tho that he's tough as him... But I can't wait to see the rest of it.. It look like they going to similar way from the comic book..

Negan is so weird (A psychopath in Mr Nice Guy clothes) it's hard for me to tell if he genuinely felt bad or not...

Jeffrey said in an interview this week (can't find the link) that Negan was being genuine.
