You know some were talking about what if they wanted to age Beth, take her away for a season and a half and have her come back in S7 make her 21 or over 20 at least. I mean thinking about Daryl's brother they kind of did the same thing. S1 he was there and the general viewers though he was dead, comes into a dream of Daryl's (Emily could have possibly filmed a dream part when she was in GA) and wouldn't be coming back until Season 7. I think that would be the most WTF storyline ever but in a good way. I've just been reading theories and seeing as Dr. Edwards is going to be in S6 something has to be connected to Beth in someway. I think if this were to happen it would be amazing no one would see it coming.

Good luck to anyone who sticks it out to season 7, I guess. I just don't see how that would work though. Is Emily just suppose to hold off on long term gigs and wait around until the walking dead wants her back?

No, She'll do just what Lennie has and continues to do. She'll work on other projects and if she's free she'll go back, which FYI she did state in that one interview that if they wanted her back she would come back. I don't expect her to wait around and from looking what I see she isn't waiting around she's doing other shows, touring ect ... Which I always suspected she would do anyways. I don't know I guess I'm always going to question whether Beth is really died or not because we didn't see the aftermath of it. I guess it's just me trying to be hopeful.

To me it seems like Emily would have to work her schedule around twd for that to work, for 2 years, as opposed to twd working their schedule around her which is what they did for Lennie. Idk. I do appreciate your hope though.

I don't know honestly, but having Dr. Edwards back in my mind has to be connected to Beth in some way. I keep hoping this was all a big plan that only Emily and Gimple knew.

I think that's my major thing stopping me from jumping on td, it doesn't seem like Emily knows. She's usually very open and you can tell when she's excited (or sad) about something. We've guessed all her gigs after coda. It's always possible but I've seen nothing telling me she's going back to twd.

Well to be fair if she was going back to TWD she would have to be a lot more stealthy I think. But I personally don't think she is. And until I actually see her on the show will probably keep thinking that.

Though if she is it would be mice to get DB scenes.

Idk. I love Emily but we all pretty much knew when she was off the show, even her general social media around the time was kind of depressing.

I don't mean her openly tweeting about it but if you follow her closely you get a really good idea of her feelings and what she's up to from her social media but maybe that's me just reading too much into it.

The thing is though this was incredibly weird and not the norm for when someone dies on the show. And they let her do it... so I'm still confused by this.
