i've always wondered at what point did Plutarch's underground decide to make their move in the arena? it is obviously never touched on in the CF book nor is it really looked at either, in the Mockingjay book, since both books are in her pov and Katniss had very little facetime with Plutarch and she never really cared for him at all. i have always wished that the CF film writers could have somehow slipped in Plutarch's disappearing mockingjay pocket-watch, to perhaps clue her in slightly, but they completely left her in the dark. i really felt for her, when the Capitol captured Peeta and used him against her, and vice versa, the Capitol damaging his loving memories of her, with tracker-jacker venom and torture.

you guys inspired me to revive the long-dead Star-Crossed Lovers thread on the Jen Board. it's a shame those old threads are so long ago, but i gotta find some new ways to get people to visit us. sadly, there are only three of us that post regularly. i have been a fan of Jen and Katniss forever!

the problem is that traditional message boards and forum fansites, are losing the battle against facebook, twitter, ig, and people who never leave their phones and go on their pc or laptop. i've always been a fan of message boards and fansites, and i separate my phone life from my pc life. how do we get fans to come back to fansites and forums?

my fandoms are THG, Divergent, Marvel MCU, DCEU, BSG (2004-09), Avatar (2009), Star Wars OT, Half Life and Halo Series videogames, Game Of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. i'm pretty stable as a fan, once i like something, it's long term, you have to do pretty major and so utterly negative, for me to drop my fandom.

i'm still a huge fan of the 1933-2018 Pittsburgh Steelers, but the NFL is daily being exposed for the colossal corporate fix machine that it is, and so much garbage and drama is being show the light of day, that it's threatening the many years of my fandom. i'm just about ready to walk away from football.

all that said, i remain rock steady in my unceasing love for THG and Everlark!

That's definitely great to have I know from myself, sometimes the excitement about a fandom decreases with time, especially when there's nothing new, so it's great you stick it out with yours

I definitely know what you mean about other sites becoming more frequented than forums, it is a shame because here is where you actually get to talk about your fandoms properly.
