we usually have warm weather well into November, but not this year, it's been chilly and blah since the double-whammy of Hurricanes Florence and Michael blew through here. ugh.

good and bad, and more control by both sides, meaning gridlock, nothing gets done. smh.

Republicans lost 36 seats in the House Of Representatives, losing their majority rule of that body, but gained 3 seats in the Senate, further strengthening their stranglehold on the top legislative body. Democrats won back the House, but can get nothing done now because the Senate will veto anything the House puts forward as resolutions, laws, and budget needs/cuts. yay, gridlock! ugh.
