Did some family visits but also other than that not much.

its pretty much based on Matthew Perry's life.

his character is an alcoholic, his best friend is this funny dorky guy, he meets Stephanie (JMO) and falls in love with her but his habit is getting in their relationship and her best friend is dating the dorky guy. and they all have issues.

Aw that does sound like quite a bit of drama but that's good it translated well into the play and story-telling.

yeah his monologues and there's few scenes that are hard to see but its also a bit of comedy. and the other couple have the cutest relationship ever
