I want to look forward the next season but I can't wait unnecessaries. Which is really sad because I loved this show, like absolutely adored it, plus Mia healey, and now it just feels ruined

Ugh I know exactly what you mean. it had so much freaking potential and the hype was there and then that happened, and it all faded away.

I don't remember my favorite episode, it's been awhile, but my favs are obviously Shelby and Toni! And outside of those two, I really loved Faitn! She is freaking gorgeous

Fatin is my absolute favourite, she's just so funny. Then shelby.

I definitely think all their episodes are really good, and watching where they came from is pretty interesting, fatin, Shelby, Toni and Martha's are probably may favourites.

What are you guys talking about with "that"?? are you referring to season 2 being about the boys???

I enjoyed season 1 a lot, I like all of the girls too though Lea and Rachel annoyed me a lot. I love the others though, especially Fatin and Toni!

Shelby/Toni were so cute.

Yeah the random pointless addition of the male island.

It's strange cause Leah annoyed the **** out of me, but I actually didn't mind her. Same with Rachel in some ways. I kinda have everyone that isn't fatin/shelby/toni at the same level.

so are they planning to entirely focus on them and not show the girls at all?

i woudln't hate it necessarily, although it wont be as interesting as the girls, but i would hope we would still see the girls???? or at least if season 2 is about the boys they would bring the girls back in season 3?

So we don't know what the split is. The girls are still filming and it looks like at least island wise they have no scenes together. Buuuuut it doesn't look like the girls are getting flashbacks. So the girls are only having island/bunker scenes while the males get island/flashbacks (we don't know if they get bunker scenes.

The problem for me is it doesn't sit right that they sold us a female centric show. Women's stories by women for women, it's all they spoke about how female led it was. And all that to take away from the core message of the show now. We didn't need the male view, that was the whole point of the show. If it had been said from day dot that this wasn't female centric I know I wouldn't have been invested, and I know loads of people who wouldn't have either.

And if you look at the 'clues' about the male island it sounds like it took place in 1989\1990 so it's not even gretchens experiment and if it's not it absolutely has no impact of this what so ever.

I completely agree with everything you've said If it hadn't been praised women women women women, I wouldn't have a problem with it. But then when you add in how some of the males acted on twitter, it just doesn't sit right with me.

Also, for awhile there, it definitely seemed like the boys were filming so much more than the women. I just hope it doesn't play like that on tv and we are just pleasantly surprised and they get little screen time
