hey everyone, welcome to our new home!

as you all can see everything's a new look and feel free to test your CP so you know how to work your way through the new FF.

we can also do this now... which i really find cool.

but please don't post that way, as old FF posters, you already know the rules.

if you have any questions about this new site, feel free to ask here, PM me or Karen or ask at the Q&A board.

Welcome aboard indeed everyone.

As Lindsay said, if you encounter any difficulties or problems, let us know. And please play around, get settled in, and enjoy yourselves. I know a few features and looks are different, and will get take a bit to adjust to, but we have so much more available on this new software, that I know in time you all will love it.

Let me share a bit of advice, before you get to posting too much I'd go to the drop down menu to surf to boards and choose the one with the user control panel, then edit your personal options, because several of the default settings are odd, and you will want to carefully read through and adjust accordingly. For example, it is automatically set to email you every time a new post happens on your thread, and it is set for European time, and it is set to only show threads with posts in a recent time frame, so all threads won't always show.

This for explaining that! I was wondering why i kept getting reply e-mail in my mailbox.

I'm loving this new forum so far! I did load very slow yesterday, but now everything is working perfect!

about the email thingy, i think its all good and fixed by the admins already.

Val, I wouldn't worry about the whole thing. I think it is all fixed, and you DIDN'T want the emails.
