Hey Full House Fans!

Welcome! I re-re-started this thread again. Even though the crashes have brought us down somewhat, let's try to keep the FH spirit going here and try again

*Our quote refers to Danny and Becky's talk show of the same name*

Full House Theme Song

Whatever happened to predictibility, the milkman, the paperboy and evening tv
You miss your old, familiar friends, but waiting just around the bend...
Everywhere you look (everywhere), there's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold onto
Everywhere you look (everywhere), there's a face of somebody who needs you
When you're lost out there and you're all alone, a knight is waiting to carry you home
Everywhere you look
Everywhere you look

Full House Main Couples
Jesse/Becky (J/B shippers are Foreverians)
D.J./Steve (D/S shippers are Little Sea Lions)
Danny/Vicky (D/V shippers are Firecrackers)

Did you know?
-Jesse's last name in Season 1 was Cochran and was later changed to Katsopolis starting with Season 2, because of his Greek background
-The Olsen twins were chosen for the role of Michelle, because they didn't cry when they were picked up
-The Olsens were only 9 months old when they started playing Michelle
-Steve's last name was originally Peters and later it was changed to Hale
-At the end of the episode "Come Fly With Me" (where Stephanie and Michelle accidentally fly to New Zealand), when D.J. is talking to her sisters, Candace Cameron and Mary-Kate Olsen grabbed Jodie Sweetin and started tickling her in the Full House outtakes
-Full House was going to come back for a 9th Season, but at the last moment, they were told it was cancelled, as ABC wanted a more mature audience (There are also rumors that John Stamos wanted to end the series)
-Jodie Sweetin is rumored to have recently gotten married In July
-Dave Coulier has his own web site called "Cut-it-Out"
-E! did specials on Bob Saget, John Stamos and the Olsens
-Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit played Alex and Blake played Nicky
-John Stamos starred in Broadway's Cabaret nott oo long ago
-Candace Cameron kept D.J.'s pillow persin and now her daughter, Natasha, has it in her room
-Rumor has it that when Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen got a little older, they wanted to just keep one of them on the show. But their parents said both or nothing. John Stamos also fought against it.
-John Stamos played with the Beach Boys for a while, thus the reason they've showed up so much on FH
-Full House is currently airing on Nick at Nite

Wow, it's so great seeing FH on tv again and Nick at Nite especially! Even my brother seemed into it, lol.

I'm a little annoyed, because the episode with Kirk Cameron (one of my favorite episodes that I also happen to be missing on tape) was on tonight and no where did it say that this episode would air tonight, so I didn't get it on tape

Well, it'll be on again, I'm sure...

Melis 10-06-2003 09:26 PM

I'm watching now, and it is so much fun.

Aww. That's too bad about that Ariel.

Cotton Candy 10-07-2003 09:14 AM

I know! It's so awesome seeing FH on Nick at Nite.

Thanks. Of course the only episode I don't have that aired was also the only one listed as TBA on the schedule. Ah well. I'll get it next time.

Melis-Did you tape them? I know you've been trying to build a collection and here's your perfect opportunity

Melis 10-07-2003 12:55 PM

Nope, I haven't started taping yet. I think I'm going to wait until they start airing regularly.

Cotton Candy 10-07-2003 01:02 PM

Good idea That's probably what I would do too.

I watched two Season 1 episodes today-Knock Yourself Out (Jesse and Joey have to feed Michelle her cough medicine) and Jesse's Girl (Jesse and Joey fight over the same girl). I loved those early days. They were so adorable.

Melis 10-07-2003 02:34 PM

Yep, and I want to tape them in order.

Good eps.

One of the eps I watched last night was DJ's first day in junior high. That makeup was awful!

~*Nikki*~ 10-07-2003 05:04 PM

I really liked that episode. Poor DJ when the teacher walked up beside her wearing the same outfit. I liked it when DJ and Kimmy ran into Kathy Santony and didn't recognize her.

JustLikePamBeesly 10-07-2003 08:31 PM

hey what episode is it when stephanie spies on Steve thinking he was cheating?
The name of the ep
Amanda

JustLikePamBeesly 10-07-2003 08:39 PM

i hope they reair the pilot again
It didn't tape when i thought it was

Amanda

Melis 10-07-2003 08:44 PM

Kathy Satony cracked me up.

I'm not sure of the title Amanda.

I'm watching the ep where Rusty wrote that love letter, and it got passed around.

Cotton Candy 10-08-2003 09:56 AM

Back to School Blues was a great episode, I actually watched it recently, plus I saw it the other night.

Melis-I also watched Secret Admirer last night! Well, most of it. I caught bits of the wedding too...I had all of the ones that aired last night on tape, so I didn't watch the whole thing, but there is something very special about watching it on tv, especially after all this time...and on Nick at Nite no less!

Amanda-The episode you're referring to is called The Prying Game. Aww, I'm sorry. I hate when stuff like that happens. I don't think the pilot will be re-airing this time around, but I'm sure that they'll reair it the second time around.

[ 10-08-2003: Message edited Vada and Thomas Sitting in a Tree ]

Melis 10-08-2003 11:55 PM

I definitely agree. I'm the same with shows that I already have taped.

I loved all the DJ/Steve eps that they aired. The prom ep where Steve said he didn't know love until he met her made me smile.

Cotton Candy 10-09-2003 01:40 PM

It's so true, lol.

Thankfully, I did catch that scene from Prom Night-it's one of my favorite D.J./Steve scenes.

Melis 10-09-2003 07:41 PM

DJ/Steve was one of my favorite couples when I was younger.
