I still think the character of Stefan didn't deserve to die in the finale. As for Steroline, I never liked them as a couple to begin with, they were fine as bffs.

sterolien were ADORABLE! <3 So glad they were canon.

I am more okay with Stefans death as the series go on. It made me sad but I dont think it was the worst decision ever.
