What did you guys think of this past episode?
A lot of people actually didn't like it, from comments and the like that I have seen, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. In the beginning I wasn't as attached to the characters, but now I think I can actually relate to them, AND get a good story at the same time __________________

I have finally caught up with the Newsroom. For me the show is very hit and miss. Sometimes it does have moments of pure brilliance. I defiantly think season 2 will be much more even.
After such a strong episode last week I was a little underwhelmed this week but loved the debate parts. I am however loving how Will/Mac's relationship is developing and ship there constant fighting and ridiculousness. I am also loving Neal and Sloans dynamic and Sloan is quickly becoming my fav character   Maggie/Jim I love them. But I need more context into why Maggie stays with Don. She clearly has feelings for him yet hides behind Don. Jim and Maggie have the potential to be a great couple but the writing for them hasn't been great in the last couple of episodes. __________________

I think that Maggie has self esteem issues personally, I mean I could be reading her completely wrong but it makes sense to me
 Oddly enough I love all of the character dynamics in the show, except for Lisa. I'm not a big fan of her, even though I get why she is on the show, she is the one person who is not involved with the newsroom so I guess it could make sense Last night's episode was pretty great I think. __________________
