The attraction in Eric is that he was super evil and full of power, but he fell in love with Sookie despite it all.

Well Sookie ending Bill was sad, but then I thought she and Eric could have resumed but they ended the series with a no-face dude!

Yup I wanted her to end up with Eric too. It seems like a waste to not end up with one of the main shipped men.
