I've been watching it since the first episode. I didn't like the first episode too much but the next episodes were good. The pilot was a little slow for me but the story has picked up since then. Andre Braugher might get any Emmy nod for this. The pilot was filmed in New Orleans before hurricane Katrina. The rest of the episodes were filmed in Shreveport, LA. I can't stand the cop that is after the theives. I also can't stand that young Asian mob guy. The season finale is just around the corner. It is on May 2.

Short series...I wonder if it will be picked up for another season.

I agree about Andre maybe getting an Emmy nod.

I don't like the cop that is after the thieves either.

Man that last scene between Andre and the daughter in this past epsiode was intense.

I know! That was a powerful scene!

I don't really care about the cop storyline. I kind of like the Mob guy but we need to get more into his personal life. Thief is wonderful I hope there is a next season and this one is going way to fast. I can't say I'm sad though.. Rescue Me is coming soon. All these great shows on one channel!

I want some new Rescue Me and Nip/Tuck. I like thief but 6 episodes is real short for the first season. I bet the season finale is gonna be a cliffhanger.

I hope there is another season too. And yep I wouldn't be surprised if it's a big cliffhanger.

I'm ready for more Nip/Tuck too.

Well, tomorrow is the season finale! It looks like there is going to be a lot of double crossing going on. I'm glad that the cop is out of the picture now.

The season finale was great. It was nice to see Nick do the right thing and save his step daughter's life by giving up the money. I hope FX gives this show a second season.

If it does get a second season I hope that it is longer. The finale was good, but the whole show was a little fast. In the end the only character's I really fell for were Nick and his daughter.

I agree about it being too fast. Nick and his daughter were the only ones I really cared about too.

Was the season finale filmed any in New Orleans? It looked like some of it was because some torn down damaged houses were shown toward the end of the finale. And does anyone know the name of the music that was played toward the end of the episode? It was played when Nick and his stepdaughter were riding in the car.

Congrats to Andre Braugher and Clifton Collins Jr. for getting emmy nominations. I figured that Braugher had a shot but didn't think Clifton Collins Jr. would get nominated.
