| In Television, crime pays I love crime! Well not doing it or seeing it for real, but watching on TV! I love watching shows such as CSI and Law and Order. How about you guys? What's the crime show that keeps your adrenaline pumping?  | |||

| I'll get this into the Master List later. I would have to say that with shows like Law & Order and CSI (original) it is based on a case by case basis. Each of them are different and they don't really play that much on the relationships of the characters IMO. However, shows like 24, The Shield, NYPD Blue, CSI Miami, Law & Order SVU are more character driven. The history of these characters and their relationships with the job and with one another makes everything more important. It makes me care more about situations that I can't relate to because they show these characters growing from moment to moment. Dealing with the horrors of the world, that most people do not encounter. You learn to grow with them and almost experience those things from their eyes. Having that connection really helps when it comes to being excited or afraid in the situations that they deal with. __________________ Everything Has It's Time And Everything Dies | |||

| subject: i hear you on the character development-- it definitely adds another dimension to a show and allows the viewer to really connect and love the characters (similar to x-files). neel luvs tony: numb3rs is awesome! and NCIS really gets the blood moving. right now i'm getting really excited about "The Kill Point" on spike tv. i'm so going to be sitting in front of the tube on 07/22 @ 9pm. i love bank heist action/dramas, and dude, john leguizamo AND donnie walhberg are in it. have any of you heard of it? are you on the edge of the couch in anticipation just like i am? | |||

| Moderator Manager   | While I do enjoy crime shows to an extent (I'll enjoy a good CSI eppy when there is nothing else on, or re-runs of comedies). But for me, I LOVE a character driven crime show, like BONES so much more. __________________ Booth: Knock ‘em dead. | |||
