Interesting to see Chris Messina (a guy who regularly gets gigs in plenty of feature films) as a character actor, make an early feature in season 5 of Six Feet Under

A great episode in television history
Season 4: "That's my dog" That episode is (literally) Six Feet Under on crack While it retains all the poetry and humanity associated with the show __________________

This is my favorite show to push people into watching. My brother finally watched it and said I remind him of Claire in the first couple seasons. To which I replied, does that mean I have the hots for myself? If we weren't drinking I'm sure it would have been an awkward moment. If I wasn't drinking now, this would be an awkward share as well.

Why Isn’t There a Successor to Six Feet Under? -- Vulture
^ Such a relevant post Seriously, if people believe important television or 'television that matters' has improved since Six Feet Under, they are kidding themselves! I mean theres some good entertainment around, but nothing came close to making a show about our mortality (being realistic about it) and making it entertaining, sad (yet sometimes incredibly funny) as this show did __________________

I started watching recently, I'm like 7 episodes in and ir still hasn't really picked up for me. There are certain aspects I like so I'm gonna keep watching but I hope it gets better?

^Did you keep watching? David/Keith end up being one of the most satisfying relationships to watch progress (ever), imo.
