Television - Shows you loved at first but... #1

Are there any shows that you first loved but then stopped watching? Or just stopped loving that much?
Because... they changed some actors or some actor left the show, or maybe the show became too cheesy or something like that...

I stopped watching:
Charmed - when Pru had to leave the show (season 3 I think)
Dawson's creek - when they started to mess around with love relationships too much (The last thing I remember was Joey and Pacey, boat, sunset....)
Roswell - Tess pretty much ruined the whole thing for me

that 70's show, season 8 was jsut bad after Topher Grace(Eric forman) and Ashton kutcher(Michael Kelso) left.

One Tree Hill- The show was great in Season 1, completely self-destructed in Season 2, bounced back in Season 3, but after that as gotten subsequently worse. It is now the most insulting and disgusting show on TV. With it being opposite 24 this year, I probably won't even bother anymore as there is nothing that keeps me watching other than Bethany Joy/Haley.

Disney: Suite Life of Zack and Cody--- As they got older the show got worse but it still has it good moments

I havent completely ditched it just ont watch it as much

Friday Night Lights - Season 1 had me hooked week to week but Season 2...well did not. I still watch because of Kyle Chandler though

Prison Break - I'm pretty amazed at how bad it got.
ER - I just never got attached to the newer characters. I think once Noah Wyle left I started to really loose interest.
The OC - The whole Ryan/Marissa thing got way too crazy and I was never a big fan of Seth/Summer.

THE OC; i liked season 1 and then....bleh
GREYS; was a good show until Preston left and then ..all these weird things happened, it got boring.
LOST; it got a little complicated; but i started to watch recently.

and season 5 of OTH sucked really bad, some episodes of season 6 are wicked good

Prison Break - The first season totally had me. And I was enjoying the ride for the second season. But, man... the 3rd season, WTH! I just couldn't force myself to sit and watch anymore. And I have no intention of coming back.

Heroes - I am heavily debating on continuing with the show, since I was not amused or entertained with last season or this current one. It's sad how the show started off larger then life, but has become so damn forgettable.

Smallville - I just lost interest after Clark started college.
ER - I like the show but it was one of those show where it was easy to forget it was on, and when it was on I had to force myself to watch. Finally I said forget it.
Friends - With the whole Ross/Rachel storyline I just lost interest and stopped watching.

One Tree Hill - The show got really bad during season 2.
Degrassi - Most of the original cast is gone but it jumped the shark for me when J.T. was killed off.
Heroes - I lost complete interest during this season. The storylines are too confusing for my small brain.
Gossip Girl - I cannot take Blake Lively's terrible acting. Blair & Chuck couldn't save this show for me.
Chuck - This show was good in the beginning but I stopped watching when Chuck's ex-girlfriend came along. I may start watching again.
The O.C. - Just like OTH, the show went downhill during season 2 or 3. Marissa was really annoying.

The OC: I loved Ryan/Marissa and season 1,but that's about it. My love for them went away in season 2 and so did my love for the show,so I stopped watching.
One Tree Hill:The only reason I've stayed with this show for so long is because of Nathan/Haley.The show as a whole died for me after season 3 and just keeps getting worse every year.I've tried to hold on to my NH love for the longest time since then,but I simply can't do it anymore.Their relationship has become too tainted and their storylines(if you can even call it that) put me to sleep.I simply have no interest in watching it.It's sad though,seeing as this was once my biggest ship ever.Anyway I just wish they would kill the show already and put me out of my misery.
Charmed:Was great until Prue died,but after that it got extremely boring and Phoebe-centric.And seeing that she's my least favorite "witch",I lost interest.Although I stayed with the show until the end out of habit.
Grey's:I still watch it,but I haven't really found it entertaining since season 2.
Gilmore Girls:Was a huge L/L fan seasons 1-4,but once they got together it turned out to be one of the most disappointing relationships ever.I could stomach season 5,but once they introduced Luke's daughter and Chris came back into the picture yet again,I'd had it.I never watched the final season except for the series finale,that I found to be a huge letdown.Not that I didn't expect it to be.

Buffy - loved Seasons 1-3, then in Season 4 it just became blah. There was a few episode from that season I liked though, like Pangs and Hush. And then with the introduction of Dawn.. I didn't want to watch anymore.

Roswell - S1&2 were awesome. I felt it really did drop in quality S3.

Gilmore Girls - After Season 3, I wasn't as interested, although as a LL fan, I'd watch the eps when I remembered.

Alias - They did a 2 year time shift between S2&3, and Vaughn got married while he thought Sydney was dead. It wasn't terrible, but from then on it was much less of a must-watch show.

Prison Break - I totally love S1 and S2, but S3 made me run away. S4 is okay but I am kind of indifferent now and hope this is the last season.

One Tree Hill - S1 was really good, but then is became just boring.

Greys Anatomy - The first three seasons are really good and I never missed an episode, but I kind of lost interest in S4.

Alias - I really love S1 and S2, S3 is still okay, but S4 and S5 are kind of boring.

Battlestar Galactica - S1 was brilliant but everything that comes after that, I simply cannot find any connection with

Roswell: I really enjoyed that show AT FIRST, than it got bad and stopped watching.

Charmed: I stopped when Shannen Doherty left and never looked back.

Buffy: When Seth green left I stopped, I only kinda watched it for Oz and that's it. I did love SMG but it wasn't great after he left for me.

Smallville: I watched some of season 1 up to around season 4 or so (I don't remember) but I started back watching it again recently.

Beverly Hills 90210: I stopped for a little bit and wen back then stopped again and watched the last 3 seasons. Again, after Shannen/Brenda left I just lost interest. I went back but then Dylan left and after that Brandon left. So I couldn't watch without them, plus the upper seasons were not that great.
