Not me. I'd like to see a fifth movie, although I think it's unlikely to happen now since Wes Craven has died.

Good point that we probably won't get a 5th movie. Also I don't really think it would be the same without Wes Craven involved anyhow; so, I'm not really sure I would want a 5th movie.

I think the solution is to just have fun with the MTV tv show version.

The upcoming 6-episode third season of MTV’s series Scream will be hitting the reset button. I hear that the network and producing company, Dimension TV, are looking to reboot the show, based on the hit teen movie franchise, with a new storyline and new cast.

I guess it makes sense because how many times can the same group have different serial killers after them? But I do like the original characters and I don't know if a new cast is going to be as good and have the same chemistry as them

Boo! That's such a bummer! They seem to have continuously have issues behind the cameras with the series.

I'm not really interested in watching it if it's not the same core characters.

That's just... dumb. I'm sorry, but it is. Are they going to come up with an entirely new backstory then?

The only reason I really cared was for aubre/brooke/emma. i was realy looking forward to seeing more with them so im annoyed. Ill still watch but jeez, i cant see myself getting invested.

Yes! I watch for them too! Plus the Halloween special showed 'Brandon James' checking into the hotel. Are we not going to get any resolution from that?
