Buffy the Vampire Slayer -

- Buffy kills Angel ( Most beautiful, tragic moment of television history )
- Angel leaves Buffy in "Graduation Part Two"
- Buffy and Angel break up in the Prom, Buffy crys on Willow's lap and they dance (Just thinking about it makes me cry)
- Tara dies in Willow's arms
- Xander canels the wedding with Anya
- Spike dies
- Buffy finds Joyce dead
- Buffy sacrifices herself
- Oz leaves Willow
- Anya dies

Angel

- Buffy and Angel share their last minute ( saddest moment ever )
- Fred dies ( so incredibly sad it completely breaks my heart )
- Wesley dies ( I cried for over an hour )

I'll post more later for other shows but pretty much Buffy and Angel are the saddest shows ever.

Mash was sad. So was Jen on Dawsons Creek. Dr. Green on ER was the saddest for me. It was so moving that all he wanted was to have is family all together, and he got that. He was able to pick the place where his life would end. He was able to say goodbye. He was lucky, he knew that he did not want to die in a hospital and he did not. It was beautifully sad.

Dr. Green's death on ER is at the top for me. The music was just heartbreaking and he died the way he wanted to

OMG... That episode of The Fresh Prince gets me every time! I love it when Uncle Phil pulls him into a hug. He's his true father anyway

LOST: When Boone and Shannon died!

Angel: When Darla staked herself to bring Connor into the world (even though he turned out to be such an annoying twit, haha).
One Tree Hill: Keith dying
Charmed: When Phoebe had to kill Cole. Oh man, I still tear up just thinking about that. I cried for 10 minutes after the episode ended. I still hate that. I stopped watching Charmed when Cole died. The only times I watched again were when he did guest spots. P/C were love.
Greys: Denny dying...Derek/Addison breaking up for good.
Army Wives: Amanda Holden's death. Still not over that.

Most of the saddest moments for me have been mentioned:

Dr. Greene's passing; Carter reading the fax and the flashbacks

The Only Time montage on Third Watch another TW moment not sure if it's been mentioned is for me the entire After Hours episode as the NYPD and FNYD witness the car crash and fire which takes the lives of four teens. Also Doc's final episode and Sully talking him down.

There are probably a lot more but I can't think of them

Prison Break-the final episode...when we find out michael dies

i never cry in shows...but wow! and i wasn't a michael fan but it was just so horrible that after everything he died

ER tops it for me.

Lucy's death. I will never forgive them. EVER!

Mark's death. Which was the worst for me, because they did it so beautifully. I cried the whole episode. The music

was just perfect and it was just a beautiful amazing episode. They did a great job.

Romano's death. This one made me stop watching the show, he was my favorite.
