Victor is in a pod. Jonah kept him alive for whatever reason. Plus eventually they let him live after Tina didn't let Robert sacrifice himself for Janet. I do wonder if Victor becomes a full-fledged baddie cause he's technically on Jonah & Frank's side now.

Nope, Victor's body is just in that pod. Somehow that pod keeps Victor alive & well but it will take time for him to completely heal. So I can see him getting out of that pod as soon as we get S2. He's on the bad side now, with Jonah & Frank and I don't think Janet has completely forgiven him yet but she does love him enough to let him live.

That's also what I'm wondering too, once Victor wakes up, is he the same person? Will he continue to abuse his son? Will he forgive his wife Janet for sleeping with Robert?

I think that will happen too. Even if she knows Victor abuses their son, she might go back to him. In Big Little Lies, we saw how Celeste can't even leave Perry even if he keeps on hurting her. So I think that's also the reason why Janet stays with Victor, it's hard to leave him and we might not understand it, but this happens.
