I think they did say something recently that they could be a S2 one day

Yeah since I feel like they never want to make it as series show, but more like mini-series as who know when..

And it was a cool idea to have them all together since technically they are called The Defenders. I don't know how much comics were released of them back then though.

I think the Defenders wasn't that old to write the comic book..

But did they release enough issues? Maybe the show hasn't covered all the SL for The Defenders yet?

From I look it up and it seems that they have lot of issues.. So but the problem is that they are connect to The Avengers which it made sense on why they couldn't do the rest..

Ah I see, it's the Avengers connection. Thanks. I did hear that they don't want to tie-up these Netflix shows to MCU so that also makes sense.

I think it's a good thing because fans will always look for a connection. It's enough that at least the 4 (and The Punisher) are all connected.

Yeah, that's true.. But I wouldn't be surprise if that happen since now Disney own Fox, Marvel, and other company.. So it might happen in future..
