I know. It's horrible and the repercussions of it are basically in the books that follow.
 I know which characters die and survive to, so like game of thrones, i'm not getting attached to anyone.  Although it's also in the old television adaption. In happens in Chapter 4 or 5 of Book 3. iT'S been over a month since I read it. That being said it will be in episode 1 of season 2. EDIT:

That is horrible!
I always get attached to characters and end up broken hearted!  I watched GoT before the reading the books so got attached there also  __________________

I just edited my post as you posted, i realise what I said may have been shocking. I just threw that out there, but if you want to know how Ross justify's it, it's under the spoiler tag. I found all this out a month ago and almost cried
Imagining Kili raping someone will put me off watching The Hobbit for life.It's like Richard Armatidge, who plays Thorin and he's also in North and South, he's about to play a mass murderer in Hannibal and i know it will scare me for life. |

I love Aiden as Killi in the Hobbit films so when I heard about this show I had to watch it and yes the thought of that happening is horrible!
I have saved all of your icons and will use more later  I read the reasons why and he does what he does and from that era I can see where the reasoning comes from but still not good! __________________

Tbh I was literally about to change mine to a cinderella one! My icon of Ross is creeping me out slightly after this discussion
I guess for a man of those times, it seems reasonable, but rape is a disturbing thing to watch/write about. |
