| ***please Read! Let's Save Point Pleasa Last January FOX premiered a Phenomenal, Groundbreaking show titled, "POINT PLEASANT." This show was truly an original, with the AWESOME Marti Noxon (who by the way was quoted saying that if the show DID make it she had plans on having JAMES MARSTERS join the cast the second season~ yes BUFFY's SPIKE!) behind the creativity of the show! It was often compared to the NEXT BUFFY!! Well...FOX aired only 8 episodes of the show, and abrubptly cancelled it on us with basically no reason as to why! There are even 5 more final episodes that were never even aired! Which leaves us viewers with no feeling of closure at all! What's even crazier, FOX has basically erased ALL traces of the show on their website! It's like it never even existed!! There are MANY MANY people who have been affected by this cancellation (feeling cheated once AGAIN FOX). And many people have started campaigns to SAVE OUR SHOW! If you liked the show, EVEN just a little, or are just SICK OF FOX cancelling shows without really giving them a chance, than PLEASE HELP US! Please visit www.savepointpleasant.com to see the current efforts going on right now to SAVE OUR SHOW! We need letters, emails, etc. to be sent VIGOROUSLY! There are even Ebay auctions currently going on, that are selling $1.00 crosses (very symbolic of the show) that when purchased will be sent to either, FOX, The UPN, or The WB asking them to pick up POINT PLEASANT!
