So there is a haze of smoke everywhere from the fires and I have such a terrible headache from it.

Took some Tylenol and just relaxing, but it's keeping the air circulating that helps. :nod;

I've heard the air quality is really terrible. i hope they get the fires under control soon.

Hey Guys!

Wow the smoke in the air here from the wildfires is so crazy. Another major headache and sinus headache from it yesterday.

Then a nose bleed last night. So not fun.

Hope you guys are doing good on this hump day!
