Oh I see, this made me somewhat hopeful. But I just saw how that works because two days ago I felt up to check out the Star Trek movies I was watching happily like about eight or so months ago when I first trialed Netflix and now they all are gone. I was afraid for a second that Sherlock Holmes movies (with RDJ & co) will be gone as I found some hints of text that it will expire soon, however that hasn't happened yet but I cannot do download on those two, which I was hopeful for my trip.
I keep trying to request things I believe could be shown here as I for sure know most are old network stuff from 80-90's and should be available in my region since the tv had them showing, but I guess some stuff is too old or something.
Also once I tried to actually use a VPN but all I could get was the titles to put on my wishlist but I couldn't watch anything. I had the US region put on and I was capable to see that NCIS was there but unavailable to my access.
Which is sad because now I've got to scout out the local apps for shows they have on-demand and stream to see what I could actually try for requesting.
Because while the local streaming services offer some way of getting to my favorite stuff i'm simply not a fan of local stuff (for some reason I hate when and how they dub the shows with way too much discrepancies to deal with and other irksome stuff) although the cost per month is about same as for Netflix for most basic plan.
So I may just as well try it all again to sniff off what's new and what's better.
Also I probably will give the AppleTV+ a try and pop over to that thread (if there is one) to snoop more about it. I did like the sub price but I realized it is like that to give more room for renting option as the overall pricing will turn out to be close to general market of streaming services.




On the other hand I just watched YOU and Altered Carbon on Netflix and YOU just majorly left me reeling so now I just gotta catch up on Altered Carbon.
Also I do pray for The Sinner season 3 coming to Netflix eventually as the random source isn't too reliable lately and my internet doesn't appreciate anything that isn't the legal or trusted
