I kind of hate the wife for leaving like that but I also don't blame her. Tench was gone almost all the time. She really doesn't know what's going on and all she knows is that he's busy (which he really is) and can't seem to find the time to spend with his family.

It's hard to sympathize with his wife on leaving. I get what she's feeling but he has such a taxing job.

Maybe she just left because she'll find it harder to leave if she told Tench she's leaving? I remember when I first watched I really hated it because she left with their son and he had no idea. Now that we're talking about it, I do understand the wife because she has no idea what was going on. Tench can't really talk about work with her and I'd argue that she should be more understanding but then Tench was always not around too and he should also spend more time with his family especially that his son is going through some stuff.

Our conversation and speculation alone should be reason enough for them to give us a season 3!

Exactly!!

I finished the 'Mindhunter' read and it was an excellent, and sometimes shocking read. John really went into the detail of the cases he was dealing with along with the serial killers he met. He also delved into a bit about his family life and also his trusted team.

Totally recommended..

I too need to get my hands on that book. I'll try to order online since bookstores are still closed here.
