Set in 1977 — in the early days of criminal psychology and criminal profiling at the Federal Bureau of Investigation — Mindhunter revolves around FBI agents Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany), who interview imprisoned serial killers in order to understand how such criminals think and apply this knowledge to solving ongoing cases.

I encourage everyone to give it a try! Just a warning that it's a slow burn show that doesn't have action every five seconds so if constant fast paced action is your thing this show probably isn't for you.

I've seen 4 eps and I'm enjoying it. My favorite is Holden & Bill's dynamic. And Anna is amazing on this one but I'd need to watch more eps as I've only seen Dr. Carr in 2 eps so far. The serial killers though, especially that actor who plays Kemper? :clap:

Just wrapping this up. I wasn't sure what to expect. Was it going to be tracking down serial killers? Kind of? Definitely a slow burn with as much time being given to studying what makes serial killers tick as it does to solving crimes. Heck, even more. But it really picks up.

I'm down to the last 3 eps. I agree that it picks up towards the middle but I got roped in by episode 2. :nod:

I'm 4 eps in, the first ep didn't catch me really, after the 2nd and 3rd I got more drawn in, I really liked the 4th one, I feel like the story is really slowly unfolding right now
