Medical Investigations -Premieres, Fri. Sept 10th

From NBC.com.......

Premieres Friday, Sept. 10th
Based on true accounts, these are the stories of the National Institutes of Health, America’s most elite unit of medical experts. But these doctors don’t operate in a hospital. At a moment’s notice, they’re summoned anywhere in the country, authorized to take over treatment of any case. Each assignment is a life-or-death race against time so when they solve a case, chances are they save a life. Part cop show, part medical drama, Medical Investigation is one great hour of mystery.

I didn't a thread for this show so, I started one.

I caught a preview of it during the NBC new show preview thing. Anyways it looks great! I think they have a wonderful cast of actors. This show has a lot of promise in my eyes.

I'll definitely give this show a shot. A good premise.

Well, I'm just ECSTATIC that Kelli Williams is in another show. It's in kind of the death spot, Friday Night - but the promos look awesome, and I can't wait for it to come

I think I'm gonna try and watch it too... Looks sort of interesting.

There's a glut of 'investigaton' shows so perhaps the 'medical' aspect will make it fresh

Ah, but I don't see the Friday time slot as a death slot at all. Third Watch was moved to Friday's last year at that time (this year it is now an hour earlier before MI) and did better than before.

Thats what I was thinking. I mean they are not out there to slove a murder, rape, or other crime. They are out there to find out why people are getting ill. It reminds me of the movie Outbreak, and that was a good movie.

Friday night is a good night for me. I like to stay home and watch some shows after a tough week. Saturday is more of the go-out night for me.

Tonight is the night! We'll be able to see if this show is what I hope it is going to be. I might have to watch Stargate at a later time thought, but it should be worth it.

Didn't this show premiere last night? I swear, I could have sworn it was on while I was flipping the channels. I didn't pay much attention because I was watching tennis, but I definitely recognized Kelli and also the guy from Boomtown, the show I LOVED.

Is tonight a new episode?

I think you saw a preview. Unless they showed it a day before the offical premiere. Which would make no sense to me. NBC.com has tonight listed as the series premiere for the show.

Maybe I'll be able to see it then!

I knew it was on last night but I couldn't stay awake. Hopefully I'll see it tonight then, if I get back home in time.

If only I could get my VCR working.

Yeah your not going crazy. I think it confused some people because I have seen in a magazine where it said that it would start today but then on TV last night they mentioned that they would show a sneak peek but it was the pilot episode.

Last night's episode was the one they have been showing the most in the ads
The one where people were turning blue.
