| Life #2: B/C Life Is Our Happy Place! Welcome to the 2nd "Life" Appreciation Thread  "Life," from Rand Ravich ("The Astronaut's Wife") and Far Shariat ("Confessions of a Dangerous Mind"), focuses on a detective who is given a second chance. Golden Globe nominee Damian Lewis ("Band of Brothers") plays complex, offbeat Detective Charlie Crews, who returns to the force after serving time in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Crews' new lease on life has provided him with a Zen-like outlook, peace of mind and no need for vengeance, an attitude which can be challenging to maintain when someone he cares about is threatened -- or when he is investigating the mystery surrounding the murder he was falsely accused of. Lewis is joined by cast members Sarah Shahi ("Rush Hour 3") as Dani Reese, Charlie's skeptical and demanding partner; Brent Sexton (HBO's "Deadwood") as Officer Bobby Stark; Donal Logue ("Grounded for Life)" as Captain Kevin Tidwell, and Adam Arkin ("Chicago Hope") as Crew's former cellmate Ted Earley. | Hint: Elevator....I think. You know, I just may have to rewatch it too.  I have a question about a couple pictures in the opening thread. Is Daniel Lewis' puckering his lips or is that his natural face. Does anyone have a favorite episode from the first season? (Might as well talk about something openly until Monday) Mine is between Powerless, the Dani centric episode and Farthingale, the bigamist that was blown in half episode. | oh, yea! that one! nope... she does know certain things, obviously... should be interesting where that goes he's definitely puckering imo i barely remember one tbh... i should rewatch the eps just to refresh... but i know during every ep i cried  ... i remember the ep where the kid wants to kill himself though... that was a powerful ep to say the least... they were all well rounded eps... i really dug charlie and teds dynamic in one though__________________ the wonders | |||
