The Leftovers (HBO) #1 - We're still here.
Did anyone watch? I found it pretty entertaining, although weird.
Had to read the book synopsis to kinda figure out what was going on. Love the carver twins  .__________________

I'm intrigued although I don't wanna be. I swore I'd never watch anything associated with Damon Lindelof ever again.
Also, I didn't know Justin Theroux is kinda hot.   __________________

I am watching, still haven't watched last night's ep tho, gotta watch later today. I saw the beginning and it was quite violent/unexpected. Promo for next ep looks GREAT.

i watched episode 2 and i felt like id already seen it so i guess i had.

Yes, there is a season 2 (trailer recently released). It is supposed to be completely revamped from season 1 but still follows the Garvey family.

oh interesting! thats great to hear! gonna watch episode 3 tonight.
eta: watched... episdoe 3 was def. creepier but i didnt enjoy it as much because i didnt like the main guy it was focusing on. i want to see the carver twins again! or the daughter and her friend. the end of the episode was interesting though. __________________

I finished it last year and I found it a bit strange but interesting
not sure if I will watch season 2 as it wasn't my type of show __________________

Alexa, keep with it. The episode you just watched is the hardest one to get through IMO because it's so singularly focused.

i was really confused about it at first but then i kinda read up on it and what it meant. isn't the show based on a book?
something about them being living reminders for what happened. and i still am not sure what even happened. but i dont get the smoking or silence!__________________
