According to every interview given by the two stars, that's never gonna happen. I'm not against it....but I'm not sure I'm for it either. I love the chemistry they have but I really think it would change the whole dynamic of the show and I don't want that to happen. I love it exactly how it is.

I love the show how it is, but you can't deny the chemistry. It's just there, and in your face.

Their chemistry is quite obvious and is constantly brought up in any and every interview they give.

They jokingly pretend they don't have chemistry but they know they do.

It's hard to find that on a TV show. I hate when shows try to fake chemistry between actors, and you can see that it's not there.

One of the best eppys I watched was this creepy guy made Olivia his target and he was stalking her, like he stalked his victims, and Elliot shows up at her house "on his way to work". That was the best eppy, I wish I could remember the rest of it though.

That episode is called Stalked. It was during season 1 of the show.

I love that scene too. My favorite part of that scene though is that Liv is drinking orange juice and sets it down to put her coat on. Elliot picks of the glass and takes a drink then Liv takes the class and drinks out of it. For some reason it just cracks me up because it's so natural.

i read somewhere that Mariska Hargitay said the series couldn't end until olivia got a chance to make-out with elliot.

there's no denying how they feel about one another but if we'll ever get to see more than that time will tell.

I haven't read/heard that but honestly, it doesn't really surprise me. They both have made jokes about possible plot lines so really who knows if they're being serious. The only thing that is certain is if one of them leaves, the other is leaving as well. Neither one of them is interested in continuing on the show without the other. I personally agree with this. They make the show what it is and as a huge fan, I would stop watching if one of them were leaving the show permanently.
I'm sure as it is, I'm going to have a hard time with the rest of this season because of Mariska's maternity leave. But at least I'll take comfort in knowing it's only 6 episodes.

So who's your favorite character besides Elliot and Olivia? I like everyone, but I really like Casey Novak. I think she's compassionate and spunky!

I totally agree. The looks they give each always make me laugh. It's like there's an inside joke we're not privy to.

Favorite character other than E/O....that's a tough one. I'm not sure if I can just name one character that I like. I think each of them have strong character traits that make the show what it is. Finn always makes me laugh, and Munch's sarcasm is classic and Casey doesn't put up with anything. It's such a strong ensemble cast that it's so hard to pick just one.

I saw it. I'm so excited for the new episode. This season has just been getting better and better. This is going to be the longest week ever. NBC needs to quit taking a week or two off between new episodes.

SVU! I've only seen seasons 1, 2 and 5 and a few eppys of 3 and 4, but I adore this show. I love Elliot/Olivia.
