July 17 premiere date probably means around 1st week of July for the promotions? It's also a new show so I'm sure USA will promote it.

Did you watch Suits btw? I don't think you need to watch that show to understand this show. But just a background, Jessica Pearson was once a partner on the law firm at Suits. I forgot when her last season on the show was but I am happy with her exit and her last ep on the show was one of my favorites and Jessica was my fave character on Suits and Gina Torres was the reason I watched Suits in the first place.

I know you're watching because of Bethany and I can't wait to see her on this show. If it's going to be like Suits, then expect a lot of backstabbing, fighting and badass moments.

I loved Gina on Alias (even if she played a baddie there). And I think she's an underrated actress. And yes, FINALLY, she gets a show where she's the main lead.

She was on Alias?!?!?! I didn't know that.. But yeah, I agree w/ you since I remember seeing her on other show, but she play bad person..

She wasn't a regular but played a recurring character on the show. Almost everyone on Alias are doing good career-wise nowadays. We're not supposed to root for villains but somehow I ended up rooting for her everytime she's back.
