That actually looks like AK's fancy house/condo unit. And based on the trailer, AK said that they need to bury all the evidence so I'm thinking maybe the FBI is back to tracking them down again for the murders.

They are also still students and AK is still teaching right? They're all graduating this year. Plus the FBI already know they're all in something together. They just need to pin the murders on them. Remember they visited that house where Coliver, Michaela & Laurel are staying during Christmas to get Oliver's laptop? They have that board and they all know it, so AK is instructing everyone to bury all the evidence that could possibly lead the trail to them.
