Right? It's the only thing that makes sense. Unless she's a random FBI agent but I think they'll say her role if she's just a random FBI agent.

Yep that's why Gabriel's mom is the only thing that makes sense. They already teased her last season (with Gabriel mentioning her and she called him when he was at work).
