So I saw elsewhere that Mandy will have a concert in Australia in November so it looks like they won't be shooting this year and it also looks like S8 shooting is delayed because of Claire's pregnancy.

I think that they never actually announce it, but been talking about it that it will be last since Showtimes didn't confirmed it themselves..

You're right. Showtime has finally confirmed it with this tweet and that's why all media sites are announcing it.
