I think that she gave the custody to her sister as long she have the visitor every weekly while she's on the job, but if she's not on the job, she and her sister can go to court again and see what happen..

That makes sense. I think I can see her at the end of the season trying to be a mother and probably just quit the sleuthing life. She owes it to her daughter.

I just got Hulu recently and it has all of Homeland, so decided to watch a few episodes and I am hooked. I am on episode 10 of S1 so have a few seasons to go before I am caught up but it's so good.

I hate the rest of the Brody family except for Brody himself. S3 was an overall mess. And Dana was super annoying!
