Hollywood Heights #2: "Don't ever leave me." "Never."
 Appreciation Thread #2 Loren Tate is a high school senior dreaming of a career as a singer-songwriter—and of hunky rock star Eddie Duran. Eddie, meanwhile, is not happy with the direction his career has taken—toward shallow pop music rather than the soulful material he prefers. But with Loren's cool single mom Nora and sassy best friend Melissa egging her on, she enters and wins Eddie's own songwriting contest, and worlds collide. As Loren is increasingly dazzled by (and welcomed into) Eddie's celebrity world, he is realizing how unhappy he is, trapped in a machine of his own making and at the mercy of his many fans and demanding manager Jake . Meanwhile, Loren and Melissa navigate the intrigues of high school life and mean girl Adriana; Melissa's brother Phil gets mixed up with the wrong people; Eddie's father, 1980s musician Max Duran, hopes to end his son's relationship with the duplicitous climber Chloe, who is cheating on Eddie with the ambitious Tyler. I know, I love to rewatch this show, but it is so many hours to watch 80 full episodes! I tend to pick and choose, mostly the last episode where all the stories wrap up.__________________

I was just watching the restaurant scene when Tyler crashes Eddie and Loren's dinner and tries to cause trouble by intimating that Eddie and Chloe were going to do a "sexual" movie.
 Thank heavens Loren had already heard about it, and I hope it taught Eddie a lesson not to leave those details to pop up at embarrassing moments. Loren's question to Tyler about being hurt as a child was very perceptive, and Tyler obviously not a person to think deeply. It wasn't til the very end that he kind of realized everything he had been and done had been because of Chloe, and the way she had played with him since High School. I'd love to see Chloe get some just deserts, maybe at the hands of Osborne as he seems strong and ruthless behind his friendly facade. __________________
