Lovecraft Country is bit of a mixture

theres some real waffly, filler moments that make the viewer tune out - usually in the first half of the episodes

but then it comes back with some absorbing parts as well - usually the second half of the episode

i really dont know what to make of it

A lot of people seem to enjoy it the show though It's like Westworld for me. After S1, I stopped watching because I couldn't get into it like most people do.
