The series takes place at the last family-owned hotel in multicultural Miami Beach. Charismatic Santiago Mendoza
owns the hotel, while his glamorous second wife, Gigi, and their adult children enjoy the spoils of success. The hotel's loyal
staff round out a contemporary, fresh take on an upstairs/downstairs story. Wealthy and beautiful guests bask in luxury,
but scandals, escalating debt and explosive secrets hide beneath the picture-perfect exterior.

I've heard about this show! Katey Sagal is gonna have a episode arc so I can't wait to see her back on TV again even if it's only for a few episodes.

Oh wow! I loved Gran Hotel with Amaia Salamanca and Yon Gonzalez. That show was so good, their chemistry was amazing! All the characters were superb. I kind of want to check this version out now.

Yes just a few episodes I think 3 is what I'm hearing. I have no idea what character she'll be playing though.

I'm glad to know someone who liked the original is willing to check out this one.
I've seen fans of the original just hating on this new one.

I'm honestly excited to see Eva Longoria and Roselyn Sanchez working together again. Loved them in Devious Maids
I love how Eva makes appearances in some shows that she is a Producer of. She made an appearance in that show, and apparently she's going to be making an appearance in this show as well

I think her and Roselyn are the only ones I know from other things Though I might know a couple others. Like there was a woman in the trailer that I don't think is a main character, but I think I've seen her in something else. I'm not sure what her name is atm though.
