OH man i thought the same thing @ L L S T @ R well i am only 19....but i thought it was so crazy when i first heard that it was gonna be on nick at nite! it does make me kind of feel ancient or something...like fresh prince of belair is some kind of old show or something....lol

It kind of makes you think that your becoming the older generation. I mean, most of us are still young at least I think so. Are we becoming are parents? Soon we will be telling the younger kids. I remember when tv was good. Shows like Everybody Loves Raymond, Fresh Prince, Roseanne, Friends, Drew Carey, Fraiser ect. Mostly sitcoms, because thats what airs on Nick at nite. I would be getting worried if the shows were on TV land. Now thats saying that it's old.
 If we continue with these trend of Reality shows, all of telvision will be one big reality show and fiction will be a thing of dreams.  Anyways, on topic about Fresh Prince: I also tend to like the older episodes a little more. The characters were really more defined and had more depth. One episode that I recently saw was the one where Will went to the poolhall and was hustled out of his money. Uncle Phil had to come and save him. I like how we think Uncle Phil is just being a mean or aggressive parent then he turns around an shows us another side. He's not a "sell out" like some characters have believed. |

Soon we might be saying: I remember when there was such a thing as sitcoms and not just reality television.
Does anyone remember that episode where Jaleel white (Steve from Family matters) and Ashley were dating and thinking about having sex? They built the whole episode around about them experiencing all there first together as kids but even when she was younger, you never remember hearing her even say his characters name. __________________

I remember that episode. They said that those two had a lot of firsts together. That was his "line" to try and get Ashely. I think that he mentioned a first kiss. I always thought that Ashely got her first kiss from that one "star" they had show up at her birthday party.

They were showing my favorite epsiode of FPOBA the other day. It was the episode where Will gets shot. I like that episode because it showed a real connection between Will & Carlton. Carlton was seriously about to take his gun and go find the people who shot Will and Will stopped him.
