| Wanna know what those images of Rebecca's past trauma looked like in Old Wounds? I was able to make some screencaps of the flashbacks. No easy task since it went soooo fast. But here's a couple of them...the rest is on the link    The rest of the flashback images... I don't know why, but I think it kind of gives us as an audience more clues into her past somehow. I couldn't help but notice that her face as a child is often blurred out in her memories. OOhh, and the cap with the kidnapper without eyes? It's scaryyyy. lol. I don't know if anyone has read the novel, I think it's Koonz called Door to December...but it's about this kidnap victim, and how they were placed in this sensory deprivation tank. Well, from what I vaguely remember, it gives that person the ability to have some kind of insight...psychic phenomenon...or at least that's what I remember. lol. Anyhow, I never realized this before but I thought maybe part of her trauma came from some kind of sensory deprivation....how she was left in the dark, well according to what the flashes looked like. If so, it could have kind of a scenario like...how in Kiss the Girls, they were left in those caverns. Rebecca was kept hidden in a boxed room, chained, etc....which is why the experience was completely horrific to her. Yet, again, I'm somewhat surprised how quickly she jumped back into her stoic mode. | Great start on the new thread. I love the banner, it looks really good TheMovieGrrl . Those screen caps of when she was kidnapped are scary, especially the guy with those eyes. I'm interested to learn more about Rebecca's kidnapping. All new episode tonight! | New thread. whoo hoo. you know the wuick flashabcks of her kidnapping was freaky enough but when you have time to actually look at it...wow. Nightmares tonight. i liked this episode. I really liked the scenes of Rebecca and Melody. They were funny and really good together. | |||

| I thought it was a great episode. I liked it better than the first two and maybe even the third episode. The entire cast was more or less equally represented and the creepyness was high. I got to see more Mel so that was great. Tim really seems to enjoy making Katie's character's smokers. First Sharon now Mel. The episodes are getting better and are starting to suck me in more. Fox you better give it a chance. I hope we get more ensemble episodes. Also great balance between humour and drama. Like the part where Rebecca mentions she's on the list and Paul just drives straight through. Love the new thread. TheMovieGrrl your dedication to the show still amazes me. ETA: I agree Rebecca and Mel are such girls together. I can tell Mel has fun. Can you tell she's my favouite?? __________________ | |||
