I'm working on the opening, but for now, I thought we'd need a place to gush, because this show was AMAZING!

Mel, you'll love it. It was very interesting, kept me glued to the tv the whole way through...plus it's Christian Slater! ....and Michelle is Cameron from SPN, so that's fun.

I'm worried that it's up against 'the good wife' but both shows are pretty different, so they shouldn't be stealing viewers from each other, there should be enough room for both. Plus TF has the added bonus of having DWTS as a lead in.

I really hope ABC gives this show a chance, it has so much potential. One episode into it, and I already feel invested in the characters, I want to learn more about them, and shockingly there is not one character I don't like. That usually doesn't happen with me.

ok, i thought it was beautifully directed and edited, some really great shots, but it reminded me so much of cold case, especially when they were imagining the victim in the places she was, which kind of annoyed me since i love cold case, but what can you do?

i liked that the story was told from the victim's pov through vo's though. plus, i didn't see the twist in the middle coming, which was a good one. the ending was kind of meh, but i'm guessing that was just to show how senseless murder can truly be. not really a fan of half the characters, which seem too cliche for my own liking, and i wish the main group was more racially diverse, cause hello, it's chicago, but i'm just being nitpicky now. hopefully the acting will pick up and i won't feel like i'm watching a bad play, but overall, the ep was good. i'm going to try and stick with it because there is a lot of potential here.

Dancing With The Stars is a good lead off.

I enjoyed it. Very intriguing. The actors have good chemistry together, and I don't find any character to be a drag. Christian Slater is a good choice for the lead role, as he can trangress many emotions and he reaches out to his team.

I didn't expect the girl to be the killer. I will be sure to watch it every week, since I'm hooked on the show.

Ratings for the pilot is 10mil...which isn't too shabby, hopefully they can maintain that and even grow.

I completely agree with what you said Kiane, Christian is great for the lead.

Next week Kerr Smith! Can't wait.

I know Kerr Smith from Final Destination, Dawsons Creek, CSI NY. He began on As The World Turns. He's a good actor.

CountryBumpkin, do you know if there is a Livejournal community for the show?

The pilot was a good introduction. Next week's epi looks very exciting!

It's too bad My Own Worst Enemy isn't starting their second season but at least Christian Slater is in another show! When I first saw that he signed on to be in The Forgotten I thought it was for a smaller part but he's the lead!!!

I really enjoyed MOWE, it's a shame it got cancelled. But we still get Christian so it all works out, and this show is a bit easier to follow then that one. You missed an episode or MOWE and you were like huh?

I really like format of this show, and I'm hoping it's not all about solving the murder like the pilot was, but that in some episodes, just identifing the body will be enough, because I think it was Candace that said, last year they identified 17 bodies, so some times I think they wont even get the identifying done, but I could be wrong.

When I saw the boxing scene at the beginning I immediately thought of Broken Arrow and was like That must be Christian Slater! And lo and behold it was! I wonder if they did that scene just for him.
