| Nnenna and Anita! Logan actually starts being woobified, I believe, by the end of season 1. But I kind of understand the reasoning. He hasn't always been a bad boy. But he lost his girlfriend and a lot of his will to live recently. You learn more about him that explains why he is the way he is, and he's really very codependent. So when he gets Veronica, she is literally the ONLY good thing in his life. She is his life, and when anything happens that disrupts the fragile balance between them, he can't take it. It's very different from how Chuck feels about Blair. if they woobified Chuck the way they did Logan, it would make no sense and basically suck. But Logan has been nearly suicidal from the very beginning, so it's still in character. It's just sad to see. __________________ This is the way I need to wake I wake to you Open my eyes... | The thing I find so fascinating about Veronica and Logan in season 1 is that it's still very much a love triangle between Veronica/Logan/Lily. Like being together is their way of holding onto Lily. | There's one line... that is SO AMAZING. I can't tell you what it is because it's laden with spoilers for season 1, but you'll know it when you hear it in Season 2. | Thanks, Lemurian And, don't worry, Nnenna. I HAVE to watch shows in chronological order. I don't believe in ships were another person is a huge factor. I feel like you can't discuss Nate/Blair without bringing in Chuck and Serena. Not even VISUALLY. There are maybe two scenes of theirs where a third party doesn't intrude onscreen. Anita: the implications of what Logan says are actually worse than the ones in Chuck's speech. Especially since Chuck doesn't mean it and Logan does. | I agree Tati Thats why I never get BL or NB shipping. Both couples are so much about the other person, more so than they are about eachother. | Word! Imo if you MUST discuss another person when trying to defend your ship it is because you know your ship is not meant to be. I mean Brooke is a non issue is LP's relationship but Peyton is a huge deal with BLers. I honestly think if you have to bring down another ship to show yours is the best its coz your is not meant to be. From the pilot it was obvious to me that LP was endgame and its even more obvious in season 5. I am just lucky I love them. I agree Anita. I cannot condone ships where the girl looks WORSE with the guy than when she is indepedent and fierce on her own. | |||

| Exactly. I don't understand how anyone can ship their favorite girl with someone who cheated on them. They are calling CB lies? Isnt NB one big lie too? I mean Nate cheated on Blair and then tried to continue cheating on her when Serena came back home. I don't see CB fans refering to NB in their titles because Nate is a non issue for us while Chuck is a big threat to them LOL ETA: Tell us more Tatiana!
