On another note, of my favourite characters in recent years for a TV series is Manfred Bernardo, played by François Arnaud on the show, Midnight, Texas.

I didn't care about boys much as a teen. My girlfriends were boy crazy enough.

I liked the fact that his character was a medium and could see spirits and when he arrived in town he didn't want to be bothered by anyone, but come season 2's end, he was willing to sacrifice his life for all of them and helped most anyone who asked, if he felt he could trust them.

I enjoyed the evolution a lot. He initially was running from something, trying to escape and it wasn't until Midnight that he realized it didn't matter where he ran, he couldn't escape it.

Captain Holt (B99) and Tahani Al-Jamil (The Good Place) are a delight. Everybody else on those two shows is awesome too.

I can understand that. I think the Seth/Summer pairing was the preferred choice for most.

Seth/Summer were definitely the preferred pairing. I mean it was the fan's interest in Summer that lead her from being a reoccurring character to main cast member.

I agree. Plus it was almost Romeo and Juliet of Seth and Summer because of their different social circles in season 1.
