I got Sister Sister the complete series a year ago, and last week I finally found Tru Calling. I've been wanting Tru Calling for so long, I was kicking myself I didn't get it when it was first released. I still hate that they cancelled the show with so many cliffhangers but I'm glad I own it now.

I loved Tru Calling. It was such a great show and I also loved how it was a mystery leading to the end, mystery seems to be a dead genre now. I also loved the guy that played Harrison on the show (he was so cute lol) I wish he did more after that show. It still pisses me off hearing all the future storylines they could of done before Fox cancelled the show SMH.

I recently got Buffy the Vampire Slayer (complete series, yay!) and The Secret World of Alex Mack (complete series) I had to take a break from Buffy to watch the latter since it's less seasons and episodes so I'll get done with that sooner. I finished S1 of Buffy and will be glad to get back to that soon lol.

Paradise

I loved Tru Calling too. Eliza Dushku so often plays a woman with some sort of superhuman abilities (and even though she has the power of premonition in Tru Calling), she's still physically human. Meaning regular human strength. I didn't realize how unique that was until there's a scene in Tru Calling when someone hands Tru a heavy moving box and she goes, "ooooH!" cause it's heavy. And I thought, awwww, this is like the most regular role she's ever played. I like her!

I know, most major genres are not being well pursued in Hollywood right now. Mystery, romance, drama, comedy, etc. It's a lot harder to write those genres, reality tv shows, vampires, medical, and crime are much easier. But there easier for a reason. Hopefully a rush of talent will flood Hollywood within the next couple of years and we'll get some masterful goodies to watch.
