Ooooh that scene totally hooked me into Dexter... I am was a little nervous once he was in the backseat taking him to that place...( in the premiere)....

But as for 'fear' scary... I understand that too... I'm not so much fearful/scared of the show... but for me

For me.. I get most anxious when Dexter almost gets caught.. (S2 stuff mostly)... or when that huge bull of a guy broke loose from his table... That was scary because Dexter was so off his game... I was worried from him...

As for ick factor scary... That room w/ all the blood was pretty nasty too! Just gross.

Seeing Red was my favourite episode, loved when Dexter fainted!

Oh, I am very protective of Dexter!

I sometimes wonder about myself (lol) because I don't want Dexter caught. At the end of season 2 I was hoping he would come up with something to get out of turning himself in or getting caught. When Doakes sees Dex at the dock near the cabin and realizes Dexter is a serial killer, that was a chilling moment. I'm not scared of Dexter because right now he is channeling his need to kill towards those who are obviously criminals. On the other hand, it is pretty scary when you think of how much he enjoys cutting up people into little pieces.

My book from the library 'Darkly Dreaming Dexter' finally came in! I ordered it almost a month ago..apparently there's a lot of people that order the books because the other 2 Dexter books I ordered at the same time are still not in either. I haven't started reading it yet, but I've heard the books are really good.

I just caught up on Dexter and I am in love with this show!

I kind of spoiled myself for the first two seasons thru wikipedia..lol..but I was still shocked so many times. I couldn't help feeling a sense of sadness for Dexter after he killed his brother. Especially from the flashbacks, you could see the love that his brother had for him and he was just taken away from Dexter. I don't understand why Harry didn't just adopt him too. He made a promise to Dexter's mother to protect both the boys. Especially since it was Harry's fault in the first place that their mother died, he should have taken Brian in too.

For the second season, I was so relieved that Dexter didn't get caught.
