OMG, is this the only Dexter thread on ?! I literally just started this show last week & I'm hooked! Although, I'm only 6 episodes into season 1, so I have a LONG way to go! Anyway, wanted to say hi & that I'll be visiting this thread as I watch the series.

Hey Jen! I started it a few years back and its taken me a while to catch up to season 5. but now i have on demand so i can watch much quicker!

i thought there was an old thread but i couldnt find it so i started a new one!
its the season with Lumen. I thought after season 4 i wasnt gonna enjoy it as much but i actually liked Lumen and the whole SL.

Hi there! Yeah, I'm watching it streaming on Netflix. Well, I'm alternating between streaming and the discs. It's such an intriguing series & I've loved Michael C. Hall since SFU so it's nice to see him on another show.

Yay, I'm gonna finish the 2nd disc of season 1 tonight after I get home from work, I can't wait!

There used to be a separate board on ff for the show, but after the show finished season 8 that board closed down as well

I'm 1/3 of the way through season 8, and have loved most of the series. So far, not liking season 8 as much as most of the prior seasons. But still sorry to see it end.

Ah, I see, that makes sense. I'm a little late to the party but Dexter has been one of those shows where I always meant to watch it, but other shows took priority at the time.

Well, thanks for starting this thread for latecomers such as myself! And yes, I'm really enjoying the show, it's interesting and I like the cat & mouse nature of it. Heh I totally called the ice truck killer being Deb's new weirdo BF. Poor Deb, that girl just keeps getting screwed over...literally! lol

I miss Dexter but frankly the last few seasons where not up to the prior seasons ... But stuck with it til the the end

Yay for Sarah Walker!!! Sorry, she'll always be that character for me, but I'm looking forward to seeing her in Dexter! Too bad the series sucks at that point but I'll stick with it til the end hopefully.

i just saw 6x01... it was a good episode. Not my favorite but some interesting plot points.

OMG IT WAS HIS BROTHER!!!! Just finished season 1 last night...man that was intense!! I didn't know how he was gonna get out of that bind! Glad he chose his "fake sister" over his code less bro!!!

The actress, easily one of pilot season’s hottest commodities, has landed a starring role in ABC’s Twin Peaks-esque drama pilot Sea of Fire, TVLine has learned exclusively.

The conceit: When three teenage girls star in a pornographic film, it tears their families apart and leads to a disappearance, a murder and host of other secrets boiling under the surface in a small town.

Based on the Dutch series Vuurzee, the pilot was penned by Scandal‘s Jenna Bans, who will serve as an exec producer alongside Rob Golenberg, Laurie Zaks, Alon Aranya, David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman, Robert Kievit, and Frank Ketelaar.
