Right now, there's no new stuff about DD S3. Promotions are all for The Defenders and then The Punisher next. We'll get news about the show once they start shooting.

Yes, he played Loras Tyrell, Margaery's brother and Renly's lover. He was killed (along with Margaery, the rest of the Tyrells & the High Sparrow) at the Sept when Cersei blew it up last season.
