I have heard about this but I can't find a confirmation though. I wouldn't mind if it's a TV show with all of them together, that would be epic. A film would be most spectacular as well.

Really? Perhaps for Season 2?

Yep, they're making a Defenders mini-series for Netflix. It's going to be eight episodes.

Disney's Marvel and Netflix Join Forces to Develop Historic Four Series Epic plus a Mini-Series Event | News | Marvel.com

According this site they're committed to 60 potential episodes. This site says 13 episodes for each series which leaves eight episodes left for the mini. I know some sites who have stated this directly, but I can't seem to find it right now.

Yay, OMG. Thanks Tara! I also just recently discovered the Defenders twitter handle so it's gonna happen but still a long way to go.

I'm down to the last 3 eps which I'll watch later when I get home from work. That's my Friday night right there.

I just watched the pilot. It was so good. I mean just amazing, I want to say it was like a blend of the recent avengers films meets watchmen. It was really the realism of the show that set it apart. It didn't feel like a superhero show at all. Just a man trying to help, to seek justice. I only watched the pilot so time will tell.

I didn't realize how for back I was. I think I have time this weekend if I make room to watch the entire show. It's the weekend so I don't have to get kids from school and my sister has a birthday/slumber party. So I hope to see it all by Monday.

I'm glad all this Marvels stuff is happening on Netflix. (also selfishly, I'm glad I'm going to get to see Charlie Cox as Matt for a while! Love him in this role!)

Netflix Daredevil series shines bigger spotlight on New York streets - am New York

That's an article about filming the series entirely in NYC. Maybe what she saw filming around the release of the season on Netflix? Not sure.

ahhh that's awesome! love spotlighting the city

I think Rosario mentioned in an interview though that they shot the entire project under a different name to avoid press.

Agreed! Love the city. It's so freaking magical.

That's really interesting if it was filmed under a different name. Makes sense though.

I'm done with the show. I won't discuss it here until everyone has seen it but feel free to post your thoughts under the spoiler tag. I think it's safe to say we can all discuss the first ep?

I can't wait for you to see the rest, Michael. I think the attention to detail as well as the cinematography is just stunning. I love the fight scenes the most.
