I think it makes sense for only one person to have left at this time. I think a lot of people thought everyone would be moving on, but I don't think that would be realistic. At some point I'm sure everyone will move on/retire, but not all at once.

Garcia was kind of a surprise, but it also makes sense. She's talked before about how tough the job can be and it's bothered her at times.
